Payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, If you need to make installment payments on your pet’s care, we also accept CareCredit.
Surgical No-Show Policy
When you schedule an appointment, we set aside dedicated time for your pet. Due to the high volume of appointments, patients are being turned away if there are no openings in our schedule. When you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, that means another pet needing care was unable to get it.
For that reason, we require that you please call us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule to avoid being charged a non-cancellation fee. The charge for a missed surgery appointment is $50.00.
